Return result from a table based on two other cell results

I have done this before and even looked at an older spreadsheet where I had something like what I want to do, but I cant get it to work correctly.
What I want to do is take a result from two cells (in this case cell D5 and D7) to return a result in cell G7. The table has 9 rows (first is blank) and 4 columns (first is blank) and numbes inside this table. I want to return the number in the intersecting cell based on the column and the row.

    Cell D5 result is Oxygen
    Cell D7 is H
The intersecting cell should return the number 7,103.

I knew it was easy but not that easy..........Thanks so much for the assistance.
So the bigger problem was the second and third yellowed area. If H,G, or E is in D7 it would populate the corresponding cell?
