Problems with FALSE ERRORS!

For some reason I am unable to figure out this FALSE error

=IF(E73=L73,I73/12,IF(E73=L74,I73/6,IF(E73=L75,I73/4,IF(E73=L76,I73/2,IF(E73=L77,I73,IF(E73=L78,I73*2,IF(E73=L79,I73*26/12,IF(E73=L80,I73*4))))))))

Only one of the options can be selected, and when none is selected, it comes back as false, making me unable to add the SUM in that column.
