Number of total calls in desired time frames

Hi,

Please see the attached example work book.

In col A is the time frame

in Col B is the number of calls in that time frame.

I'm looking for a formula that between time frames 08:00-08:30 - 17:30-18:00 works out what 11% of the total calls are.

The problem is that the formula has to be dynamic because I will be using data validation (Drop Down List), currently there are 48 time frames but when data validation is used this could change to 40 for example.

The only way I could think about doing it is writing 48 If formulas but I don’t think you can write that many.

Any Ideas, Please let me know if you can’t understand what I'm looking for.
