How to lookup value based on Date time closest to criteria

Hi all,

I have a predicament where I need to lookup date/time on a separate sheet that is closest to time Ive got on a another sheet. Also the time I am looking up is dependent on the service name that is within the description on the second sheet. If you take a look at the spreadsheet I have attached what I actually need to pull into my sheet is the ID that corresponds with the time I am looking up. I dont know if it is possible using excel I dont really know much about VBA, but I need to get this thing working. Any help would be highly appreciated. I am using Execl 2010 and have attached a sample spreadsheet.

Hi. I have similar question and was able to use your file to meet most of my need. Is it possible to add in there a check to see that one more criteria matches? See in the attached that C2 should bring back "Location 1" because the device names match in A2 and F2 AND it is the nearest date/time. I'm stumped.
