Indirect OR Address OR Index function?

I'm pretty sure this is simple, but I can't figure it out...
A B C
Non technical Sales Technical
1: S1 5000 10000 15000
2: S2 20000 25000 30000
3: S3 350000 40000 45000

If the search criteria is S2 and Sales I want it to return 25000.
