How to add another IF condition in an existing formula. Please help

    Hello,

Thank you for your time. I have an attached spreadsheet that contains 3 Tabs. Summary, Query and Matrix.

This project is for me to report the transfers of Units that are AUTHORIZED and UNAUTHORIZED.

The Matrix tab shows the store numbers with the 3 approved stores.

The formula has been entered already for this - it will tell me which stores made Authorized or Unauthorized transfers.

However the final store # 1225 (Matrix Tab) - it now has 2 additional stores that is approved for transfers on C35, & D35 - (561 & 658). How can I update my formula to include this change?

On the QUERY TAB, i entered a new column "MD TYPE" on D8. it has two options its PERM or REG. If the transfer is an AUTHORIZED(column E) transfer based upon the MATRIX TAB - but if it is REG than it is then to be considered UNAUTHORIZED. It is considered AUTHORIZED only if its within the MATRIX guidelines and if its MD TYPE is PERM. If the MD type is " REG" than it is UNAUTHORIZED. Please help me with this formula. Not sure if i need to have a different column or maybe update the formula in Column E.

Hope this makes sense. Please help!

So for column E of the Query Tab, you want to include one more if statement that checks Column D if it is Regular or Perm?

    Cell E8=

Then my formula works for that. Paste it in E8 then drag down.
