Depreciation Calculation using if function

Hi,

I attached a file about depreciation calculation using if function with some problems.

1) for cell p2, it has a (0.85), that is not the result i look for. In fact, in cell O2, i expect to see a figure of 199.13 (ie, 199.98 less 0.85). so cell T2 become 1.

2) for T3, the answer supposed to be 0. but due to my wrong formula, it becomes 366.67.

Can someone please assist me for my formula.

Hi mingali

I have sent you formulas that work. Note the "Min" for normal figures and "Max" for negative figures.

I am intrigued as to why you would want to confuse things with negative figures. It is usually clearer to amend the positive figure and depreciate the net figure.
