How to calculate rent over a number of years

Someone currently signs a rent contract 40000.00 per month , to be increased each year by 7.5%. how can one prepare a spreadsheet to sheet for 17 years time?

If you only wanted to know the the rent in future months without worrying about interest rates then the following would do the task

In cell A1:A204 place the numbers 1 to 204
In cell B1 place the number $40,000

In cell B2 place the following formula

=FV(7.5%,QUOTIENT(A2-1,12),0,-$B$1)

And then copy paste it down to cell B204
