Count cells with date criteria matching conditional formatting colour

Hello

this will look clearer on the attached spread sheet:

the trainnig dates in:
B3 is out of date as it has turned red
C3 to be reviewed in the next month so still in date as it's turned amber
D3 remains black as this has over 1 year till being refreshed.


when counting in G3, I want to only count the training dates that are not red so totalling only 2 staff within training that is in date.


The conditional formatting set for all cells if training is to be refreshed every three years is: (B3:D3 on the attached spread sheet)
Cell value - Less Than = TODAY()-((3*365)) (Red Font)
Cell value - Between = TODAY()-((3*365)) AND = TODAY()-((3*365)-31 (Amber Font)
Cell value - TODAY()-((3*365)-31 AND =TODAY()-((3*365)-92 (Green Font)


Can anyone help me with this please?
