Lookup only first value from column

I have attached a workbook I need some help with. So basically I want to be able to put under A4 the values that show up under A18. So, right now I have a bunch of 101s under A18, but it only shows up once under A4, I want to be able to do this for all the numbers under A18, so under A5 I'd have 201, 301, 401 all only showing up once like 101.

    Is this possible via formula?

It doesn't seem to be working for some reason. I keep getting zeros when there isn't anything in the cells

How about this to get rid of the zeros (apart from the first one, which Ithink you'll have unless you hide it with a conditional format):

    =IFERROR(INDEX($A$19:$A$505,MATCH(0,INDEX(COUNTIF($A$4:A4,$A$19:$A$505),0,0),0)),"")

Zedbee1, thanks for the formula, but when I drag down I still show a zero after one blank box.
