Excel Drag Drop for link from other excel/workbook

Hello,

I am working on a Tracker Sheet which has many peoples data listed through few other excel sheets. Here is the link/formula:

='E:\Project Management\Project Tracker\[TML Project Tracker - Jun 2013.xls]Utlization Summary'!E$5

Here when I drag this i want only month should be changing & rest remains as it is. e.g.

='E:\Project Management\Project Tracker\[TML Project Tracker - Jul 2013.xls]Utlization Summary'!E$5

Sorry, you have to edit the link in the formula manually after drag.
