Link a table based off of a cell (lookup formula maybe?)

Maybe I am getting in over my head being that I am a beginner at excel, hopefully you guys can help!!

I am trying to return a table of data(already pre-made on another sheet in the workbook) on an output sheet where you can select the different teams from a combo box. I was able to create an IF function that worked for a little, but then it limited the times I nested it so I couldnt get all of the data in.

I was successful in creating the combo box, but now I need to figure out how to link the data tables. ----- all of the videos I have seen only show how to link for charts.

Eventually I want to be able to link option buttons to toggle between two benchmarks on the selected item in the combo box. (definitely will be back for that one)

I attached the workbook of what I have been able to figure out so far. It's so frustrating having a vision and not the knowledge to complete it.


pretty much have been looking at my computer screens like this for the past 5 hours.
