Look Up Wizard Issue

I'm getting an issue when using the look up wizard:

The cell found by the wizard contains a formula returning an error. Please access and fix your table.

Column A is stock No - eg format 001/000001
Column B is order No - eg format PO123456

when running the wizard it seems to think Col A is a date and is trying to return a date value, which seems to cause the error.

I've tried cell formatting etc, nothing works?

It doesn't seem to be an error with the sheets as when i manually type in the formulas they work ... any suggestions???

If it works when you type it it, then why not just leave it at that? (I know, I would probably want to know the reason too)
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
