How To Verify a Certain value/text in a cell Exists in another worksheet

Hello Everyone,

I would like to seek your help on my problem with making sure a value or text in a cell is existing on the other range of cells from another worksheet.

For example:

Worksheet 1 - I got a column with a list of all different Company Names , one of those is "The Walt Disney Company"
Worksheet 2 - I got a column with a list of Company Names which I need to verify if each company name exists in Worksheet 1, however, in this Worksheet 2 all Company Names are incomplete for it only have its either first or last name, for example " Disney" or "Walt Disney"

With this scenario, what I want is in Worksheet 2, cell across each Incomplete Company Name would turn into "EXISTS" if one word is existing in the one of the cells at Worksheet 2, and if not then turns to "NOT".
