Any chance anyone can help me here? This is almost certainly one of the easiest functions that Excel can do - I just can't find any explanations of it anywhere! Basically, on Sheet1, I have a list of product codes in column A. Column B of Sheet1 contains the prices from Supplier 1. I have a separate worksheet (Sheet2) with some more product codes in column A. Some of these codes match the codes in Sheet1. Column B contains the prices from Supplier 2.
What I want is a formula which causes Excel to recognise when the product codes on both lists match and, where this occurs, to enter the product prices for Supplier 2 in Column C of Sheet1.
Please see the attached file for details. Sheet3 details the finished product as I would like to see it.
Any help would be massively appreciated!
