Conditional Formatting, Changing Colour of Text

So here is my issue, I've got a quantity in coloumn O and another in column Q.

What I've trying to write is conditional formatting that will look at the quantity in coloumn O and if less then Zero will then look in column Q, if this is Zero then line to stay the same text colour.

However, if there is a amount less then zero in both coloumns I need the line text to change red.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it both cells less than zero?

    Conditional Formatting
    • Highlight applicable range >> O2:Q100
    • Home Tab >> Styles >> Conditional Formatting
    • New Rule >> Use a formula to determine which cells to format
    • Edit the Rule Description: Format values where this formula is true: =AND($O2<0,$Q2<0)
    • Format… [Number, Font, Border, Fill]
    • OK >> OK
    HTH
    Regards, Jeff

    In CF use

    =AND($O1<0,$Q1<0)

    Format red

Re: Conditional Formatting, Changing Colour of Text

Tried the formula advised but it didn't work, I've attached a copy of the columns concerned.

I need is to look at coloumn 0 if this is a minus but zero in column Q to change text to bold black.

If it's minus in both coloumn O and Q to change the text to bold red.

I know how to manipulate the formats in colour it's just the correct conditional formatting I require.

    Thanks

Re: Conditional Formatting, Changing Colour of Text

    Condition #1 > Bold black >> =AND($O2<0,$Q2=0)

    Condition #2 > Bold red >> =AND($O2<0,$Q2<0)
