Conditional Formating mutli CountIf

Hi all

Can anyone help out please?

I am trying to set up a conditional format to have the text turn yellow based on the rules. So far got one rule to work, however if I add to it sets all the text to yellow without anything being selected in cell L5

don't you need some IFs and ANDs around this?

What exactly do you want? Does the cell need to turn yellow if all the countifs are >0?
