Creating a copy button to copy range of cells to a different sheet

Hi all

Have a workbook which is made up of a "Live Query" sheet which has data connection back to a SQL database and pulls details of helpdesk call queues. I run this live query three times a day. I then manually copy and paste the information into another sheet (one sheet per day).

My question is...... "is it possible to create a button on each daily sheet that will pull the data from the 'Live Query' sheet and paste the values into the target area?"

No probs, all sorted. Finally found the 'record macro' option in 2010. Last used Excel 2000 and it was hidden
