Find last value in an array based on adjacent cell

Its Fantasy Football time again and I forgot a few things from last year.

I have a list of players and teams(with duplicates), and corresponding stats for each week. I have a separate list with out duplicates that I am using some countif and sumif formulas to get my totals on the stats. But I dont remember function to get the team into the new list

Try using Pivot tables, they list, count and sum all in one shot
