Scheduling Data Needed and Bid Hours Calculated for a certain date

    Hi,

I am trying to build a spreadsheet to show data from scheduled jobs. I have attached a sample spreadsheet. The main data I want to capture is the amount of hours on a certain day. In some cases or most, the job will spread over a period of time so the bid hours might have to calculate to multiple days. Here is my example and I hope someone can help or let me know this is not possible.

    Thank you,

    Smirk

    Hi Smirk

    Welcome to the Forum!

This Code is in the attached. Please note that I added a Dynamic Named Range to the Workbook called "myDates". Let me know of issues.

Re: Scheduling Data Needed and Bid Hours Calculated for a certain date

    John,

Thank you for your response. This is exactly what I am looking for other than a couple things. It seems to duplicate previous posts when you select run me. We would delete jobs after completion and add jobs all the time. Not sure if there is anything we could do about this unless their was a clear button which would clear the calculations. The next thing would be weekends. How do I avoid these days being scheduled. I think these are the only issues right now. Thank you again because this is perfect. Also, if I add additional worksheets for different months how could I do this. Gonna review the script or macro to see if I can make this work. Thanks again.

    Thanks,

    Smirk

    Hi Smirk

    Regarding this
It seems to duplicate previous posts when you select run me
Since you delete and add jobs continuously I'd suggest clearing Sheet Calculation each time the Code runs and create new calculations.

    Regarding this
The next thing would be weekends
    Define weekends...

    Regarding this
if I add additional worksheets for different months how could I do this
Don't know...define the process...what will your Workbook and Worksheets look like. In your Sample File you have two worksheets..."Worksheet" and "Calculation"...what will this look like
if I add additional worksheets for different months how could I do this
