Extract values from a list and copy to new list!

Hi guys,
Im new to this forum and excel. I need a help with my list. Sorry if this already explained.

In my list in column E I need to extract all the values apart from value "OK" and copy that into sheet 2.

Have attached my excel sheet.

Try in a cell of your other sheet this ARRAY formula. Copy down.

Did you confirm the formula as an ARRAY formula as i suggested? I think NO!!
