Densed Rank with 2 critieria with Alphabetical Order as one criteria

I'm trying to rank people in Excel with points as 1 criteria and alphabetical order as the tiebreaker. for example I have
Lucas 10
Armand 15
Cheri 20
Yasmine 15
Hamadjoda 12
I have to have ranking like this
Cheri 20 -1st
Armand 15 -2nd
Yasmine 15 -2nd ex
Hamadjoda 12 3rd
So by order A-Z, 1223

Hi,

Assuming your data is in A2:B6, enter this in C2 and copy down:

=B2+COUNTIF($A$2:$A$6,">"&A2)/1000

Then enter this in D2 and copy down:

=RANK(C2,$C$2:$C$6,0)
