Calculate Percentage Of Text Occurences per employee

I currently have a function which calculates the percentage of "yes" responses (column D) for the total list. "=COUNTIF(D2:D1000, "yes") / COUNTA(D2:D1000)"

I need a formula to calculate the percentage of "yes" responses (column D) for each employee (Column C).

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate.
