Formula Suggestions?

The customer for the project I'm currently working on has requested that any of the I/O tags we're using be changed from "I_MOL_C1_8" to "I_MOL_C1_08" (zero before the numbers, except 10 and above) as well as "I_CS_C3_1A_KSWD" to "I_CS_C3_01_A_KSWD". (These are just examples). To sum things up, anywhere in the name that there is a single digit number (first example), needs to have a "0" before it. There also needs to be an underscore in between that same number (example 2) and the letter that follows. The really tricky part is that they're all mixed in the same column. Sorry, I know this is confusing, but it's difficult to explain. I'm looking for some suggestions to create a formula that could make the appropriate changes to these cells. Any suggestions? Are your numbers always going to be in those locations, i.e. after the third underscore, or do you have other variations? Please show all variations you are likely to encounter.
