Connecting a cell value with a formula

Hi, first of all thanks for your time in helping me out. I moved this because I think I posted it in the wrong section just a minute ago.

My problem is probably very simple to you guys, but it has me stumped. All I need is for a cell to populate a row equal to another cell. I think I need something such as =B(A1). So that it will mirror column B row whatever value is in A1. So if the number in A1 was 5 it would fill the cell with =B5.

I hope I've explained it efficiently enough that you can understand what I'm trying to do. If not please let me know and I'll try another way.

I REALLY appreciate the help. I have to have this done by in the morning.
