    Question Automated Finance Spreadsheet?

    Hello all,

I've just got a new apprenticeship working in a office and to help myself adjust to the apprenticeship wages I've come up with a spreadsheet that manages my spendings and calculates how much money I'm left over.
However there is a lot of manual work required in it to make it work. Is it possible to make it work just by the use of formulas, function's and maybe even macros?

So currently this is what I have, Its nothing special as I haven't been received my first pay yet but anyhow.

Basically I want to automate the updates that I would have to do after updating my income, so for example date a payment is due.. there must be some way to detect if that payment is due today, if yes delete what is currently in date due and replace it with what is in next due date which will be updated with the payment is next due. (My payments are set to come out automatically any ways).

Also money leftover is there a way to automate it so it figures out which week it is and go by that payment.. so say it is september 6th.. money leftover will calculate sep6th wages - weekly spendings. then if today is sep13th it will change and use 13th sep wages in the formula instead - or does this have to be done manually as well?

Basically I want to only have to enter my income weekly and not have to update everything else unless I change a payment date or add a payment

How do you get the actual image to show? I've edited the front post to use [img] tags now but still no joy.

That doesn't really answer my question..
But anyways, I've had a look and its a lot different to what I'm after as its more professional like - I only want something small as I only have a few payments going out at one time.
