Hi,
I have a series of data (Export tab) which lists personnel time recorded against client projects and summarise activities (Notes column). I take this data to generate Client timesheets (Consultant Timesheet Template tab) by filtering using input lists (Input Lists tab).
My problem is that each person lists in the Notes column a series of activities with suffix (1. , 2. etc) for each PO. I take this data into columns (Comment 1, Comment 2 etc) in the Export tab. I then want to list this data in the Consultant Timesheet against items 1, 2, 3 etc under 'Work carried out:'. I cannot figure out how to match the consultant name, PO and pick up the activity as the position of the activity can vary due to date field and person can add mutliple activities against single date (hope this makes sense - see attached spreadsheet for explanationDummy Spreadsheet.xls).
Can anyone advise how to solve?
