Updating discontinued products from supplier using 2 sheets

    Hi there!

I would be forever grateful if someone could supply me with a solution here!

I have my product skus list on sheet 1 and my suppliers product skus list on sheet 2. What I want to do is based off sheet one; find the matching sku on sheet 2, if the stock status of a sku on sheet 2 is S, I want True to be changed to false on sheet 1. I know that was a weak explanation... Take a look please !

Sheet 1 - My inventory list - I want True to be changed to false if the matching value on sheet 2 ( the supplier list) is S
    Sku Visible
    123 True
    456 True
    678 True

Sheet 2- supplier inventory list - some cells are left blank- S is no longer available and D is discontinued but still have stock.
    Sku Stock Status
    123 s
    456
    678 s

If this was a hundred product operation it wound't be to hard to go through and manually do it however we are more in the 15k range of skus.
Any help would greatly be appreciated as I have hit a road block.
