Color code cell based on meeting condition

I am running a golf league and we keep a running total of all players scores and rank players based on 1/3 of raw scoring avg(all rounds), 1/3 last 60 days scores, and 1/3 last 15 days scores to come up with a final "Gang Avg in column C. I am looking for a way to add a formula that will then color code column B "players" based on last 3 entered scores.
If the 3 scores ALL are 2 strokes better or worse than the respective gang avg. then color code each player red or green. Red for playing 2 strokes or more worse and green for 2 strokes or better in last 3 rounds.

So rather than work on your large spreadsheet I have done a small one but the Conditional Formatting applies just the same except, obviously, the range would be a lot bigger!!
