Withdraw from an e-mail the name and surname of the user

Having a list of e-mails and nicknames where you have names mixed with numbers and symbols and from that try to extract the name and surname of the user, whenever it is possible.

If you have [email protected] and the person's name is Jerry is not possible!!!

The idea is to be able to extract the name Will Smith from the following examples:
    [email protected]
    [email protected]
    [email protected]
    [email protected]
    ****[email protected]
    [email protected]
