Ok this is driving me crazy. I know there has to be an easier way, besides a macro, which i don't know the first thing about doing.

Ok what I plan on doing during the draft is as a person picks a player I put in x in the out? column next to his name, put the team number and the round. What I want excel to do after i enter this info is scan all the out columns for the x, scan the rnd column for the number and the team column for that number then place the players name, BYE and position in their corresponding team and whatever round number. I thought about just doing the pick number but there is no way i will keep up with that. I have been trying to do a relative formula but I have searched and haven't come across one thats close. I rarely post in forums bc I can usually find what I need 95% of the time. But I am at a total loss on this one and maybe I just need a new set of eyes to look at it. There has to be an easier way. You can see my fifth attempt at the formula at the top of the team sheet screenshot. I've tried putting the rankings! in different spots, to no avail. And since I cant find the right relative formula I just put simple things in the if true and if false spots so I could see if the formula worked and if I was on the right track.
All help will be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks
