Drop down list troubles...

I am trying to create a schedule for work, and having trouble. I would like to have several stores listed in column A2-A(x). B 1 to have the dropdown list, with Mon-Fri as the list options, and would like to have the data (Manager on duty) in the corresponding B column change based off of what day is selected in the drop down menu. For the LIFE of me I cant figure it out. Tried =VLOOKUP, and was able to get Mon. to sidplay correct data, but once I switched to another day got FALSE or !VALUE errors. Please help. Uploading spreadsheet, but it seems like a simple problem to fix. I am just not very good with the formulas in excel. Thanks so much in advance for your help.

I rearranged your table a little and am able to get the list working like I think you want it to. I have attached a sample file for you to look at.
