Can I set up controls in a worksheet for multiple users to access only their information?

I have a worksheet (database) that is currently being used by one department to generate shipping forms and it works great. Each shipping form has a unique number for reference.

I'm looking for the best way to track the shipping process after the form has been generated (i.e., date product was shipped, initials of person who shipped) through either adding a column or worksheet for the "shipping department" to enter the data into showing. Any suggestions?

I resolved this on my own. I used the "protect" feature under the "Review" tab on the top ribbon (Allow Users to Edit Ranges). Thanks!
