Formula for IF maybe in Excel 2007

In excel 2007: I have a 15 column spreadsheet, I need to have M2 search Column E for H2014 and add the amount on the corresponding line in Column M to M2. Example: IF E13 is H2014 then take the amount of M13 and add it to M2. I also need to have M3 search column E for H2014 HQ and take the corresponding amount from the M column and add it to M3 and so on for M4 (92507 HO in stead of H2014), M5 (92508 HO), M6 (93570 HO).

I hope this makes sense. Thank you in advance for helping understand formulas. I am fairly new to this and have come up with some good working formulas but I can't see if figure this one out.
