formula to return blank value if cell va;ie not in range but vlookup if in range of cells

hi,

in column b i have a list of order numbers. in another tab i have a range called order numbers with a description in the colum next to them. in column A i want to return the description of the order number in column b. however, if the order number doesn't exist in the range i want to return a blank value or some text saying 'no work centre description'.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Please attach a sample workbook with enough data to make it clear what is needed.
