Exclamation Edit of IF formula to only show one date rather than two

    Hi,

Attached in my tracker I am tracking 5 things:

    Baseline Date
    Current Baseline Date
    Forecast Date
    Complete Date
    RAG

I've created a formula which shows these dates at an arial view (see attached).

The problem I am having is that the forumla is showing the complete date twice, once for the actual complete date and once for the current baseline date.

The best way to describe is an example:

    Row 7:
The current baseline date is 15th July, yet the complete date is 19th July. This is showing in both weeks however I only want to show the complete date (19th July). HOWEVER, I only need it to do this when their is a date in the complete date column.

We need to ensure that when we change the forumla we aren't removing any other RAGS that are Green/Amber/Red.

The best way to understand is to view the attachment and look at the table.

    Cheers

    Try this formula

It's that last part of the formula that messes you up.

    Hi Liz,

Thats not how the formula works. The formula works yes, however I only want it to show the "C" where the complete date is. In my example, it is also bringing me back a "C" alongside the current baseline date. I need it to bring back B/G/R/A if there is no complete date so I somehow need to add to the formula to say that only bring back a "C" for the complete date and not the current baseline date, HOWEVER bring back a B/G/R/A for the current baseline date.. if that makes sense.

    Cheers
