Format zero ("0") as hyphen "-"

Is there a way to format all 'exact' values of zero as a "-" instead of as "0". I would like to do this without having to change the formatting of the cell to Accounting format as my entire column is indented 1 and the accounting format does not allow you to indent from the right. I have the header indented 1 put if I change to accounting, it just doesn't look very good on paper. Thanks.

Formatting the cells with 0;;- works fine for substitution of 0 with dash. That creates another issue....any number 1000 or higher removes the commas. So instead of desired format of "5,000" the format is now "5000". Any way to add the comma back in with this format? Thanks

Adjusted to #,###0;;- to format with comma.
