Having troubles trying to get the syntax right I think. I'm wanting to add one cell across multiple pages that are the exact same and if they are <>0 then sum of the cells, if not ""(blank). Thanks

basically what I want to do on the pitching totals page is add the coresponding data from game 1 to 100 and if no data then "" leave blank. I already have one just grabbing the sum of all the pages and I know I could just do that but really I want blank if no data

Here is the workbook
So the cell C45 value should be the same(let say have 10) in each of your 5 tabs?

yes if I had 10 in each tab then the total should be 50 otherwise is should be blank if no data is present also they may not always have the exact same data but I meant they were the same page layout

2014 blank softball stat template2-1.xlsx
Please see attached.
If you add more tabs you need to expand the N range by adding new tabs names:
=IF(SUMPRODUCT(COUNTIF(INDIRECT("'"&$N$3:$N$7&"'!"&CELL("address",C45)),'Game (1)'!C45))=COUNTA($N$3:$N$7),SUM('Game (1):Game (100)'!C45),"")
thank u RobertMika so i guess I was completely wrong in thinking I had a syntax error that code is completly different that what I was trying to use. So the $N range is what looks to me like its the number of the tabs? Thanks again.
Ok I now see what the $N range represents so if I moved it to x colum it would be $X range. Sorry Im just starting excel so im kinda slow but thanks again.
