Try something like this...
=A2&B2&C2
That will return the cell contents as a TEXT string.
If you want the string to still be a numeric value then try this version:
=--(A2&B2&C2)

You would want to use the concatenate formula.
Assuming your example is cells A1 through C12, and you want to put the combined number in row, you can type the following formula in cell D1:
=CONCATENATE(A1,B1,C1)
This can then be dragged down to populate the other cells.
