Revenue to date formula

Need some help calculating a revenue earned to date.
Thinking a combination of COUNT and SUM functions but no idea what that would look like.

=SUM(C:C)

Sorry guess I should have mentioned these are monthly recurring values in Column C and not one time charges.

I think you need to give more detail about which values should be included in the sum.
And describe why some values are included, and others are not.

Can you Post another book with your expected result filled in by hand.
