Converting to Excel

Greetings for the day!!!!!!

Can anybody let me know how to convert the attached file to excel and make it editable.

I wanted to add some more fields to the file and maintain the same in excel.

Please let me know if somebody can help me out

your file content is in picture format so i think it can't be possible
