Please Help! Date and Time and SLA's

Hi,
I’ve been working on this new complaints spread sheet but I’m really having trouble sorting the date time SLA's out I’ve gone through all the treads but can’t see anything to help me
Basically I just want my dates and times to be calculated via SLA's i figured out how to make it work with days such as:

Priority 1 = 1day
Priority 2 = 2 days

But I actually want:
Priority 1 to be 4 hours
Priority 2 to be 24 hours
Priority 3 to be 48 hours

Also if there’s any way to only count the hours of 9 – 5 and it to auto go to the next day?

PLEASE HELP!

im not great with the english language so give me a shout if that doesnt make much sense!

Forgot to say "welcome to the forum", and where exactly in the spreadsheet were you wanting the second part of your enquiry "Also if there’s any way to only count the hours of 9 – 5 and it to auto go to the next day?"

yeah thats the one, i need it so that when you type in the first communication box it looks at the priorty say 1 which would be 4 hours then auto generates this in the resolve by box!

Sorry Robert but it looks like you are stuck we me and only me helping you!

Have a look at the attached but notice I have added a new sheet (Sheet 1) which is a copy of your Report sheet but I had to create a new one so I could add columns in order to do the calculations. So have a look at Sheet 1 and see if it's what you wanted. I have put a note on it saying that if I was using this I would hide Cols F & K. Anyway have a look:

its not a problem! youve sorted it i can work from there, i was trying to do too much i think but i see where youve gone with that! thaks very much you have solved my issue!
