I’ve been working on this new complaints spread sheet but I’m really having trouble sorting the date time SLA's out I’ve gone through all the treads but can’t see anything to help me
Basically I just want my dates and times to be calculated via SLA's i figured out how to make it work with days such as:
Priority 1 = 1day
Priority 2 = 2 days
But I actually want:
Priority 1 to be 4 hours
Priority 2 to be 24 hours
Priority 3 to be 48 hours
Also if there’s any way to only count the hours of 9 – 5 and it to auto go to the next day?
