If function with formula

IN SHEET 1
In the attached example, the formula in g3 is returning a result of L, and H3 is returning a result of L.
I'm trying to have it so, in g3 would return a W, and in H3 it would return a L. I think the if function would come into play here, but not sure where to put it in the formula>

IN SHEET 2
Is where the the data is for the formula

The result I am looking for this result would be W, and that should be in g3.
If the result was an L, would want the result in H3
