Need assistance with production summary template. Countif error?

I am working on making a production summary template with the raw data that I received. The data’s sums that I calculated do not match up. I believe all my functions are correct and am at a lost of why they don’t equal out. It works one field for one date but not for another date. If anyone could help, it would be much appreciated.
