Lookup Function Between Multiple Date Ranges

Per the attached image, i'm trying to accomplish the following (using some sort of lookup/match function) result in row 3 (red cells)

If current month falls between certain date range in Tenant #1 Schedule, display Rate Per SqFt for that period.

Can anyone give me a hand with this?

Essentially if date in row 1 falls between date in rent schedule, display the rate per sqft for that date range.
