3 decimal places in a text formula

Hi

I am trying to find the range of currency rates in a list of data, and it seems to be chucking the values out in all kinds of formats, some are to 0 decimals, some 3 and some 10 etc, i need them to be all to 3 decimals, my formula is....

But that just returns a #Value, what am i missing in this formula to get my results to return a 3 decimal figure?

The returning valuse at the moment in this formula is 1.59 - 1.5666666667, i need it to say 1.592 - 1.567

Any help is always greatfully appreciated :-)
