Ranking multiple markets based on estimated revenue

Ok- so I need to rank markets based on revenue size- I have over 200 markets and have them in column B and in Column R are all of the revenue amounts- I am trying to put a formula in column Q that ranks each market based on revenue size in comparison to the other 199 markets. Also markets are listed in column B and are listed multiple times. I have attached an example. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it- In the example I have the below formula that I have used to rank the individual stations in the market based on their individual revenue as a % of the markets total revenue. I had ranked the individual stations in the market based on their revenue share by using the following formula but it doesn't seem to work for ranking the markets based on total market revenue? SUMPRODUCT(--(b2=$B$2:$B$2024),--(J2<$J$2:$J$2024))+1
