Converting decimal to Month:Day:Hours:Minutes:Seconds

Hello

I am trying to get an average for a number of workorders and the time taken to complete them. I need to convert this figure to Month:Day:Hours:Minutes:Seconds. I am having no issue with dd:hh:mm:ss but adding in months I am having trouble with.

Any idea??

Hello Kelly go to format cell select custom and type mm-dd-hh:mm:ss

This didnt work. I have included a copy of the spreadsheet I am working on. As you can see I have a column of time to complete task and I have add the sum of this column but the total is incorrect and needs to be opened up. However no mater how I try to expane the formula it wont work.
