Sum Countiffs of two different variables and input the sums in cells according to other co

Trying to solve this problem. If the countif of one variable is greater than value in a specific cell. . want the macro to input a value into the column and cell next to where the sum of those countiffs of that variable added up to greater than the specific cell referenced.

Your requirement is not clear..

Please elaborate briefly.. with column number and cell reference.. and expected output in a excel file..
We don't charge for extra word in post.. write as much as possible..
