Conditional Formatting: If Date in cell A1 is greater than 7 days old, flag B1 If blank

Hello all,

Please see the attachment if you need extra context while helping me with my question...

My Conditional statement is: If a cell in Column A is greater than 7 Business days old, and If the cell in column B is blank, then the entire row should be formatted (highlighted Red).

Any assistance with this is greatly appreciated - Let me know if you need any additional information.

I'm assuming that by 'Business days' you mean Monday-Friday.
